Our customers are comprised of businesses of all sizes, from small organizations with one or two employees to organizations that employ hunderds. We serve municipal organizations, school districts, churches, libraries, restaurants, professional services such as attorneys, doctors offices, verterinarians and technology businesses as well. If a business has employees then HRSentry can help them with their daily HR needs.
Clients
The ideal HRSentry client profile is the small to medium sized organization consisting of 15 to 100 employees. These organizations can be businesses, non-profits or public entities. Most of these organizations do not have a full time HR Administrator or staff managing this function; however, if they do those responsible are typically wearing multiple hats. The suite of services included in HRSentry has been designed to support these individuals and maximize their time by minimizing the time they need to devote to policy development, creating or purchasing forms and other distractions form the day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Our online service enables an organization to create consistency in the development and application of HR-related policies and procedures with the end result being a mitigation of employment-related claims and/or settlements.
HRSentry has also proven to be a valuable resource for larger organizations; those in excess of 100 employees that do have a dedicated HR Administrator and/or department. For these organizations HRSentry serves as a centralized repository of up-to-date resources as well as current federal and state regulations. Because the dynamics affecting the administration of Human Resources are constantly changing HRSentry minimizes the need for staff oversight of such changes – HRSentry does it for them and notifies them when such changes occur.
Our business model is to find organizations that have a direct relationship with large numbers of the defined HRSentry client profile. We seek to enter into a partnership in which the HRSentry solution can be branded and provided to those customers, clients or members as a value added benefit or one that is discounted as a result of our partnership with the parent organization or association.
